Since 1982 SWM & Sons has established a strong positive reputation in the building trade by constructing hundreds of quality custom homes and creating a large satisfied customer base. We have a draftsman on staff to assist you with your design needs as well as an interior decorator to assist in making your new home what you dreamed it would be.
A few years ago we took this same dedication to excellence into light commercial construction, such as banks and office space. We also have a roofing division.
Most of all we bring these years of knowledge and craftsmanship to your project to insure it will be a job well done.
Our model home will be open every day starting January 20, 2012. Mon. - Fri. 1pm to 5:30 pm and Sat. - Sun. 11am - 5:30 pm. The address is 12005 Tuscany Ridge which is located 1/2 mile north of SE 29th on Anderson Rd. Please come by and see us!
