About Us
John E. Barbush is an experienced Oklahoma city trial attorney who handles all types of personal injury cases, including nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and automobile and truck accidents. In addition to fighting for plaintiffs in personal injury cases, John also represents clients in general litigation, securities litigation and family law.
It is his philosophy that attorneys should serve to help others and to obtain justice for clients, not just bill them an hourly rate. John opened his firm in 2002 after deciding he had enough of the big firm environment, which thrives solely on the billable hour. By opening his own law office, John was able to get back to the reason why he wanted to become an attorney in the first place - to help people obtain justice. The focus of John E.
